Charlie Costley

Charlie is one of our senior glaziers with many years’ experience both in the UK and here in New Zealand. His main area of responsibility is assessing our larger jobs and working out what is needed for quoting the larger commercial work. His knowledge in all aspects of glazing, frameless and health and safety provides us with the confidence to tackle any job.

Bruce Moore

Bruce is the Managing Director of both North Shore Glass Co Ltd and Emergency Glass NZ Ltd. He is a very hands-on individual who likes to personally oversee the progress of many of the larger jobs and is very much a relationship builder with his customers.


Dwayne, our qualified glazier and glazing foreman, has operated in the industry for many years and understands the glazing needs of our commercial and residential clients in Auckland.

Jim Rafferty

Health and safety is an important issue to us and we have structures and systems in place. All our glaziers are 'Site Safe' qualified, and several are qualified in the height and harness. Our glaziers have completed all our clients in-house health and safety training.

Jim is our Health and Safety consultant for both North Shore Glass and Emergency Glass. Jim has extensive experience and qualifications in the trades in both Glazing and carpentry. After many years of experience working in Australia including in the mining industry he has gathered a wealth of knowledge and working experience in the area of health and safety.

Jim’s focus is to ensure that safety is given the highest priority when carrying out work. He will also continue to strengthen the excellent health and safety foundation already established within the business and this will be done through; On-going hazard identification and management, on-going training, carrying out on-site audits, auditing our performance against our own safety management practices and maintaining our ACC tertiary accreditation.

Jim has his National Certificate Level 4 Occupational Health & Safety Co-ordination.

Angie McMurdock

Angie is the Office Manager and deals with all aspects of the day to day running of the companies.
